Everything starts with tax documents and paperwork
When an offer is made, the employee or future employee will need to complete the Work Opportunity Tax Credit form. It is an IRS Form and takes about 30 seconds to complete. It’s just going to ask you some tax questions about anybody in your household receiving different benefits from the government. After this, you’ll also be asked to complete a series of background forms, including permission for you to have health screenings and drug screenings and for us to run your fingerprints and background check. Once you’ve completed this paperwork, you’ll be set for the next step, which is orientation.
