Do You Have Any Questions For Me?

Do you have any questions for me?

The final question that I asked in an interview is, do you have any questions for me, the employer. This is a time for you to shine. It is a time for you to ask questions to show your interest in the organization, questions of your interest in the role, or questions that you have that weren’t clearly discussed in the interview process. For example, can you tell me a little bit more about what my day-to-day responsibilities would look like? Can you tell me about a 401k structure that I’ll be involved in? When will I get benefits? Those are all examples of questions to show that you’re interested in the role and not just looking for a job.
