Why Do You Want to Work Here?

The first and foremost question I ask every candidate is what is your why. 1: What is your why, your calling? Why are you drawn to this industry? 2: Why this organization? 3: Why in this particular role? So, when you answer the question, we’re looking for what draws you and what personal experiences bring you to this industry? Have you had a job as a caregiver before? Have you cared for children or your grandparents? Do you just connect really well with the older adults? 2: Why this organization? Have you researched us? Do you have a friend that works here or know somebody that’s lived here previously? Or do you just feel that you really connect with the mission, vision, and values of the organization? 3: Why this particular role? So, are you looking to be a nurse in the future? Have you worked as a caregiver before and you just feel like getting back into the industry? Or is it just your calling and you’re drawn to helping others
