A multi-generational and diverse workforce can prepare the students for the transition into society. Something very important to a candidates readiness is the ability to work within a diverse workforce. Individuals need to be able to work collaboratively with people of all races, genders, or sexual orientation. We must embrace a multi-generational workforce. We need diversity in the workplace to foster our success.
