Question: Walk us through a typical day at your last position. How do you prioritize your tasks?

b. Be honest, but not too honest!

c. Productivity is key.

Example: A typical day always starts with the morning updates– anything corporate wants, any updates from team members, etc. After the morning meetings and status reports, I’d do whatever needed to be done that day– contact contractors, take a quick look at QA, check with other teams, etc.; the key to prioritizing tasks is delegating anything to a senior member if it looks like there’s more to do that day then I can handle myself.
