The U.S., and most of the world, is in dire need of affordable childcare. In 2020, 57% of working families spent more than $10,000 on childcare in 2020. Families often spend, on-average, 10% of their household income! About half of Americans live in areas without any childcare, losing Americans $37 billion in individual earnings and $13 billion in business losses.
