Reading
Lots of people in hospitality do not want to come back to work. Hotels are having a hard time finding employees who want to return to work or new employees. To compensate for this you’ll need to pay your employees better. It is also necessary to give clear feedback. Give performance reviews on time because the employees know when these are due. Performance reviews often include wage increases so most employees pay attention to them.
Tips
- Expect to pay employees better
- Give feedback and performance reviews on time
- Employees are usually aware of their performance review dates
