Learn the common allergens in the list to the right of this text. Allergens cause allergic reactions when consumed or contacted. An allergic reaction could include itching, tightening of the throat, wheezing, hives, swelling, diarrhea, vomiting, cramps, and loss of consciousness or even death. Managers and employees should be aware of the most common allergens.
