Software Engineer Behavioral Questions 2
Question: How do you defend your judgement from team members and stakeholders?
a. Sometimes they outrank you, like stakeholders.
b. Consider stepping back, but also don’t crumble.
c. Confidence is still important.
Example: This’ll depend on who and why, but if I defend myself I know for sure my approach is correct. I’m usually OK with coming up with a compromise, however, especially if I had neglected a stakeholder interests when developing a project. There’s always something I can improve, anyway, so long as my opinion isn’t overshadowed by theirs.
