In this stage, giving and receiving feedback on your logo and flyer is essential. Constructive feedback ensures that your flyer’s design and messaging effectively appeal to your target audience. If you have a partner, share your flyer with them for feedback. If you’re working alone, engage in a self-critique, imagining the perspective of your customers and the feedback they might offer. Brand image is a crucial factor to consider; elements like your company name, logo, advertisements, website, and social media presence all contribute to your overall brand. Building a strong and consistent brand identity is vital for success, as it fosters brand loyalty and encourages repeat business. To share your flyer, use the ‘Share’ function and input your partner’s email address. You have several sharing options: ‘Edit’ allows them to make changes, ‘Comment’ enables them to leave feedback without altering the document, and ‘View’ permits them only to see or copy it. Choose ‘Edit’ so your partner can interact directly with the document.

Once you have shared your flyer and received your partner’s in return, visit Google Drive to find their shared file. While reviewing their flyer, consider the effective messaging and design characteristics you’ve learned about. To offer suggestions, enable ‘Suggesting mode,’ which allows people with editing access to propose changes while preserving the original text. Highlight the text where you want to provide feedback, focusing on both positive aspects and areas for improvement. Keep your comments constructive and friendly. After providing feedback, review the suggestions your partner made on your flyer. With your document in ‘Suggesting mode,’ you can see the proposed edits and decide whether to accept or reject them. Re-examine your flyer, make any final adjustments, and when you’re satisfied with the result, you’re ready to move on to the next step: learning how to download and print your flyer.
