Tierra Thornton: “During a job interview, be yourself and relax. Get comfortable. If they offer you water, say yes. You are going to be talking a lot. Nothing like a cracking voice. Be honest and transparent. Try to show some vulnerability. Be okay with saying “I don’t know the answer to that but I want to learn. Will you show me?” People are going to say “Wow what a great candidate. They are open and they are honest. They may fall down but they will inquire on how to get up.” Many of us are looking for that. So get up. Enjoy yourself.”
