For far too many emails to help, sometimes you simply have to say no. There’s no other way you have if you have 1001 emails to answer before days end.
When dealing with your coworkers be strict but understanding. You can’t help them because you simply can’t help them. Here’s an example.
- Emails are time consuming, so sometimes you need to filter.
- Adding others’ email problems to your own can make this worse!
