These are decisions that benefit everyone, even if they are sometimes a compromise.
- Everyone benefits from a Win-Win. There should be no shortfall, as everyone gets some benefit from these types of decisions. Think carefully about all stakeholders!
- Practice finding these moments. It won’t always be obvious, but a common solution between parties is usually visible in all sorts of scenarios.
- It’s hard to compromise without losses. Sometimes you have to have some loss, but if both parties can agree that the gain is worth those losses, and that those losses seem equal on both sides, that’s fine.
