Something that customers appreciate is a rep that doesn’t cut corners and sell you short on your money. It is a favorable trait to have but it’s also acceptable when you don’t know, as long as you properly convey that to the customer. Customers will appreciate your honesty and your efforts to find the right answer. However, there will be cases where customers are unreasonably rude. Don’t lose your composure and try to swallow your pride, the customer’s satisfaction is your priority.
