If a problem arises, the best way to resolve the problem and keep customers happy is to exercise first-contact resolution. By solving your customers’ problems early on, it avoids escalation and interruption to other customers. Once you have dealt with the problem, it is crucial for you to calmly end the conversation on a good note. The last thing you want is a complaint and a negative review from the customer.
