Fitting in When You Are New

The tip is to collaborate with your team when you first join a new company. Definitely ask a lot of questions. It’s important for you to build those personal relationships, but also professional ones. Liking your co-workers is wonderful. When you have a great environment to work in, it’s usually because you’re around people who become your friends. Ask questions, and know that everybody is friendly and that they’re going to support you because they were once new as well.
