The second question that I ask is Tell me about a typical day in your current position or in a former position. If you haven’t worked before, then you can pull information from your personal life as well. Number one, I’m looking for how you balance different responsibilities. As a caregiver, you have a multifaceted job. It’s really important that you’re able to balance the different roles and responsibilities of this position, as well as being able to interact personally with the resident. We’re looking for how you prioritize your day, what tasks you usually accomplished, and how you manage to handle all of that while still being a caring person.
