There couldn’t be anything more important than communicating with customers. Watch yourself when talking to the people that support you. Anything you say can be twisted or wrongly interrupted if you aren’t careful. Refrain from having to use negative language and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.Be calm but also be genuine. It lets the customers know that you truly care for their feedback and will make full use of their input.
