If at any point the customer has a negative experience, it will leave a negative impression of the product or service. So, it should be the mission for you to build a positive and beneficial relationship with the customer. Look out and inform the customer of any important notifications and ensure a quality service. Sometimes, showing emotions and interests to customers can help relate and better advertise and sell. But, listening to the customer is the most important and finding suitable products that match their description. If you don’t understand what they are trying to say, kindly ask them to rephrase or clarify. There is no harm in doing so.
