Not only is your customers’ happiness important but so is the customer service team. You need to understand that your customer service team are people and are subject to dissatisfaction as well. They do the hard work behind the scenes and strive to create a better experience for all customers. For example, collecting customer feedback. There’s no way to hear every customers’ feedback in person, therefore multiple contact sources should be added. This is part of customer service and is a good reminder who your customers are.
