Hospitality is the feeling that you get from person to person. A hotel should make the guest feel special and comfortable. The guest should have a feeling of hospitality in their interactions with staff; whether at the front desk or ordering room service. Try to use the customer’s first name when addressing them and make sure to actively try to answer their questions. Keep your hotel clean and your customers will be even happier!
