Bullying is more consistent than just random children fighting. Bullying often comes from something else going on in the home that may be beyond your control. As with any conflict, always break up the fight and seperate the children. If the bullying is violent, you may need to address this with the parent and, at worse, dismiss the child from your care. If the bullying is non-violent, you still need to talk with the parent! Cyberbullying can be particularly damaging for older kids, as most interaction between children is online these days.
