Welcoming and Greeting Service

  • All the members of the team should work together to give the guest a positive impression of the restaurant and be left amazed by the outstanding service provided. Each individual should not have the mindset that this is not my job but strive to fix and fill in tasks whenever you are available.
  • Good service includes greeting and presenting a smile or a positive facial expression that makes the guest feel welcomed. Being prepared to provide service such as taking orders, bringing in drinks, accommodations, and the paycheck before the guest even asks for the service. This preparedness allows the guest to appreciate the restaurant.
